Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require at least 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Any appointment cancelled within 36 hours of the scheduled time will incur a £20 cancellation fee.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this cancellation policy and acknowledge that the fee may be charged if sufficient notice is not provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid this charge.
